I'm Donna LaForce, a nursing administrator committed to championing Canada's publicly funded healthcare system. My unwavering dedication revolves around strengthening the foundational principle that defines our healthcare system: its steadfast commitment to providing equitable care for all citizens.

With a background in frontline clinical leadership and my current role overseeing the hospital's strategic initiatives, I am passionately committed to advancing healthcare transformation. In my daily interactions, I collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership team, serve as a key liaison with the Hospital Board of Directors, and report directly to the CEO of a prominent academic hospital system in Ontario. Furthermore, I actively engage with members of Ontario Health, the principal agency responsible for hospital operations under Ontario's Ministry of Health. This pivotal role has provided me with numerous opportunities to forge connections with exceptional leaders from both the public and private sectors.

One of my foremost annual objectives is to ensure that our hospital's strategic goals harmonize seamlessly with the healthcare objectives outlined by the Ontario government.
